K%, Whiff%, CSW% & Matchups explained

Reading the Table

Each row is a probable starter. The stat columns describe how he misses bats; the OPP columns describe how strikeout-prone today's opponent is.

K% / Whiff% / CSW% / SwStr% — the pitcher's strikeout, whiff, called+swinging-strike, and swinging-strike rates for the selected window
OPP K-RANK / OPP K% — how much the opposing lineup strikes out (rank 1 = most strikeout-prone). A favorable matchup pairs a high-K pitcher with a high-K opponent.
