Derived from play-by-play, which already records the five players on the floor for each event, and rebuilt into stints. There is no separate rotations source — it is computed from the game record itself, which is why it reconciles with the box score.
For minutes projections, injury-replacement questions and understanding how a role is actually being used. It is the board to check when a player’s production and his minutes do not seem to match.
