Returning players who took a leap from last season — led by year-over-year BPM jump (role-adjusted, not raw counting-stat inflation). Toggle to Returning Leaders for the veterans who stayed. Transfers that moved up a level and still produced are flagged. Filter by conference, tier, class, transfer, or any stat.
Two lenses share one population. Biggest Leaps sorts by year-over-year improvement in role-adjusted impact, which rewards efficiency and expanded responsibility rather than the raw counting-stat inflation that comes with more minutes. Returning Leaders sorts by current-season impact instead. A transfer who moved up a level and kept producing is the strongest signal on the board, because it controls for competition; a move down a level is flagged separately for the same reason.
Leap = year-over-year ΔBPM (role-adjusted). Prev→Now shows prior-season BPM → current. Click a row to expand the full year-by-year arc; ↑ Up / ↓ Down flag a competition-tier move.
Returning players who took a real leap from their prior season, ranked by how far they moved — the returning-player counterpart to the Big Board, which skews toward freshmen and prospects.

Improvement is measured against a gated prior season, so a thin or noisy baseline cannot manufacture a jump, and a current-quality floor keeps the board to players who are net positive now rather than merely less bad than last year. Each row carries the full current stat line and a year-by-year history.
For scouting returning talent and for separating genuine development from a player who simply started playing more.
