How to Read This Page

What the columns mean and how to read them

The trajectory shows projected distance and where the ball lands relative to the outfield wall at that point in the park. The same struck ball is a home run in one venue and a fly out in another, and the fence distance and height at that specific angle are usually the reason. Changing temperature, wind or altitude re-runs the flight so you can see how much each one is worth.
