Every row is one batted ball. The Parks column is the one to read: it counts how many of the thirty ballparks the ball would have cleared, so a fly out reading 25/30 was a home run swing that met the wrong wall. Distance is measured to where the ball came down, so the average across all balls sits well short of a home run — ground balls are in it.
