Salary cap, season ratings, and draft assets by team.
Cap figures show committed salary against the thresholds that constrain what a team can do, which is what makes a trade or a signing plausible or not. Season rates cover offensive and defensive efficiency and pace — pace in particular sets the scoring environment every player-level projection sits inside. Draft assets list picks owned and owed, including picks acquired from other teams.

Team ratings are per-possession, so they compare cleanly across teams that play at different speeds. Salary, pick and transaction data is maintained separately from game data and refreshed as moves are made.
For roster construction and trade questions, and as context for player-level reads — pace and efficiency explain a lot of what looks like individual variance.
