No Runs First Inning
Each row is a pitcher facing the opposing offense in the 1st inning. Sort any column.
RECORD — starts with no run in the 1st, then starts with a run. STREAK — how many starts the current run of either one has lasted. NRFI% — the share of starts with no run in the 1st. HR — home runs allowed in the 1st.
RANK #1 (green, scores least in the 1st) → #30 (red, scores most), plus RECORD, STREAK, NRFI%, HR.
One tag per game, on the first of its two rows: how likely a run is in the 1st inning, from Run unlikely through Even to Run likely. It disappears when you sort by a column that splits the two starters in a game apart, because the tag belongs to the game rather than to either row.
Pitcher Days and Offense Days set how far back each side's numbers go, in days. Year switches to last season.
NRFI stands for No Run First Inning. This board covers first-inning scoring specifically — both starters, the top of each order they have to face, and the history behind how often that inning stays scoreless.
Each game takes two rows, one per starter, because a game only stays scoreless if neither side scores. The pitcher columns are first-inning numbers rather than full-game rates, and the offense columns are how often that lineup scores in the first. Offense rank runs from #1, the offense that scores in the first least often, to #30. The tag on the first row of each game says how likely a run is, from Run unlikely to Run likely.
